The Secret Is in the Design of the Grout Mix
The world of cement grout is complex and highly technical. Our experts design the appropriate mix to meet your requirements. Our mastery of different formulations and our real-world experience guarantees optimal solutions for every project. Whether for rock, overburden or underwater applications (fresh or salt water), we have the expertise you need.
Injection in Remote and Isolated Environments
Our injection equipment is designed and manufactured in-house, and is adapted to the markets we serve. Our grout injection units can operate in off-road conditions, extreme winter conditions, in complete autonomy, confined environments and some are helicopter-portable.
Mixing and Injection Systems
Colloidal mixing systems and shear paddle mixers are used to meet each project’s specifications. We offer low and high pressure injection, and our injection units are equipped with data recording systems (flow rate and volume) to compare the quantity of grout injected versus the theoretical volume, ensuring quality results for our clients.
Quality Control
All our injection unit operators are trained and qualified to monitor the specific gravity of the grout mixes manufactured in our mobile plants. This way, we control the quality and compliance of our mixes, in real time, before injection. In addition, regular grout sampling and compression tests at 3, 7 and 21 days allows us to certify the strength of the injected grout.
